How to get to the Roman Villa of Casale

By car

From Taormina/Catania/Siracusa. Take the A19 motorway (in the direction of Palermo), exit at Dittaino and follow the signs for Valguarnera > Piazza Armerina;

From Trapani/Palermo. Take the A19 motorway, exit at Enna, then follow the direction to Pergusa > Piazza Armerina;

From Ragusa, Comiso, Camarina, Marina di Butera, Serenusa and Falconara. Go to Gela and take the state road 626 (Valle del Salso), direction Caltanissetta- Enna. Exit at Capodarso and continue in the direction of Pietraperzia, Barrafranca and then Villa del Casale without passing through Piazza Armerina.

From Sciacca/ Agrigento.  Take the state road 640, follow the direction to Caltanissetta- Zona Industriale. Enna. Exit at Capodarso and continue in the direction of Pietraperzia, Barrafranca and then Villa del Casale without passing through Piazza Armerina.

From Palermo or Catania. Get off at Dittaino station, then use the bus service that runs from Valguarnera to Piazza Armerina in about 40 minutes.
